Smooth scroll is a feature allowing menu items to scroll to specific page sections rather than navigating away. The implementation involves three steps:

Step 2: Create Custom Links
Establish custom links with unique URLs that can connect to row IDs.
Step 3: Configure Rows
In page row settings, locate the "Row ID" field and enter the previously created ID to complete the connection.
Example: If you create a custom link with URL "#about", make sure to add "about" (without the #) in the Row ID field of the section you want to scroll to.
