NeuronThemes offers you the possibility to create and build the online presence that's unique to you and your business. Below we have listed important legal terms that apply to anyone who visits our website or uses our services.
These terms are necessary in order to protect both you and us, and to make our services possible and more enjoyable for everyone.
1. Theme Support
Upon purchase of any of our Neuron themes, you will be equipped with 6-month free support with the possibility to extend the support for an additional fee. Included within theme support are theme setup, theme-related questions, and bugs or other issues that may occur when using the theme.
During the theme supported period, the author is inclined to provide these services:
- Answer particular questions about the theme's features and functionality
- Display how the theme is designed to work
- Helping resolve theme-related issues for maximum functionality
- Answer questions on third-party plugins related to the theme
- Product updates to fix bugs as well as ensure ongoing compatibility
- Resolve security vulnerabilities
2. What is Not Included in Item Support
Let's give a short preview of what is not included in item support to provide a clearer perspective on the terms of use of our themes.
During the product support period, the author is not inclined to:
- Modify or extend the theme beyond its original features
- Install the theme for you
- Resolve issues regarding your hosting or server environment
- Address third-party assets or plugins not bundled with the theme
Note: Issues relating to hosting or server environment should be resolved with your current hosting provider. Third-party plugin issues not directly related to the theme will not be addressed by our support team.
3. License
Upon purchase of any of our themes, you acquire the right to use that item; you're not actually acquiring the item itself.
License Types
We offer two types of licenses through ThemeForest:
- Regular License: Your end product (incorporating the item you've licensed) is distributed for free
- Extended License: Your end product may be sold
Single Use Policy
According to the License Regulations, you can use a license one time and one time only. Multiple uses of a license is a violation of these regulations and can be prone to legal violations.
Important: Each time you download and register an item, you get a license for single use of that item. If you wish to create another website using the same theme you purchased, you will need to purchase the theme again, because the license is eligible for one site/domain only.
